All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided by you and are subject to site inspection.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before any work begins. A deposit is typically required to secure project dates. Balance payments are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in material delivery, weather, site conditions, or client-requested changes. We will keep you updated on progress.
Cancellation
If you cancel a project after commencement, you remain liable for work completed and materials purchased. Cancellation terms will be detailed in your project agreement.
